Optical System

Dual Configuration

The Ceravolo 300 Astrograph is the only telescope available today capable of wide-field and high-resolution imaging with large CCD cameras. The astrograph is essentially two telescopes in one.

While no one telescope is perfect for every imaging task, the Ceravolo 300 Astrograph comes the closest to realizing this ideal.

Top: f/4.9 field corrector with Rosette Nebula with 1.4 degree field of view.
Bottom: High resolution Rossette Nebula and f/9 field corrector.
